Jeff M. Turk, CFA :: Principal

Jeff Turk has ten years of professional management experience in banking, litigation and management consulting, and entrepreneurial management, including involvement with approximately 25 startups on four continents. Mr. Turk’s skills include general management, finance, and marketing.

Mr. Turk received his MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship & innovation from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and undergraduate degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University. He has attained professional certifications in several industries, and is a CFA charterholder.

Brian Peter Fenske :: Outside Counsel

Brian Fenske, a partner in Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s Austin office, has a broad-based corporate and securities practice representing a variety of public and private companies.

Brian has been involved in over 200 M&A transactions totaling over $20 billion in proceeds. He has also been involved in more than 50 public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Mr. Fenske recieved his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas, where he was the managing editor of the International Law Journal, and undergraduate degree from the University of Houston.
