Council Oak Investors, LLC invests in the value-added distribution or finished goods manufacturing sectors, as well as other businesses with the potential to generate true EBIT margins in excess of 20%. Further criteria are available to sellers and qualified brokers upon request.

Council Oak creates sustainable value via incremental growth in profit and cash flow, and does not rely solely on multiple expansion to generate value. Our private funding and regional focus enables us to move quickly on potential transactions.

Council Oak will work to develop attractive succession options for sellers while providing stability, security, and new career opportunities for the company's existing personnel.

Council Oak only accepts opportunities where it will play an active, day-to-day management role and does not seek investment in "absentee owner" enterprises.
